If you are not born again or in other words, not born from above, you can never be a true shepherd, truly appointed by Jesus Christ. A Master’s in Theology alone is no qualification for the position of a shepherd in the body of Christ and does not replace the calling of Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMashiach.
