A Baptist Church with history

Hello, warmly welcome! I greet you in the Name above all names, Yeshua HaMashiach, YHWH, Jesus Christ. Today is October 4th, 2017. My name is Aaron.

Yesterday, on October 1st, 2017, I went to the First Baptist Church in Denver, Colorado. I was early, so I decided to walk around and take a tour of the church. I walked downstairs and saw an open room with a stage. There was also a kitchen downstairs and I saw people working in the kitchen. I decided to walk up to the main floor of the church, and heard the church choir rehearsing. I noticed stairs going up and decided to walk upstairs and see what was on the second level. It was the balcony seating area for the overflow.

This church was a nicely built church, but one of the congregants, who introduced himself and helped me, said that this church only had about 80 members, like many downtown churches! I asked him where the church gets its funding from and this man who handled the church’s finances said, “From other organizations and educational groups that use the building, and from renting out the church’s parking lot for local and state government officials, who work at the state capital…
